Rewards expired in two weeks and only can use in store. Store told me to call and have it reissue, they do it all the time they said.

I called, they said they would credit me and take 4 to 6 weeks to get new reward certificate. Time went by nothing... called back, no notes on my account and nothing was done. Escalated w/Supervisor said can only credit $80 of the $120 I was issue and the August mailing, nothing was sent.

Called again and got the run around saying it'll be in September when I get the reward. Was told the rewards is done by another company and there is nothing they can do. I'm so closing my Lane Bryant Credit card, such a joke.

You can't use the rewards online and to limit only 2 - 3 weeks to use is rediculous. Customer service is useless and continue to lie because they have no idea how things work.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Same things have happened to me with the rewards. Itโ€™s a horrible program and so many restrictions that it isnโ€™t even a benefit in my opinion.

I am paying off my balance and closing my account. There are better retailers to shop at that have better programs and quality clothing.

rewards checks are issued for the first to the last day of the month. you said "Rewards expired in two weeks" that means you still had two weeks to use it.

why would you think they would send you another if it hadn't even expired yet. :?
